Want to hire a dress but not sure the dress will fit or suit you? Book a time to come and try it on before your hire. This service is not to browse it’s to make sure the dress you want to hire fits.
Please have 1-3 dress choice in mid to try in. If you choose to hire a dress at your Try On Appointment then the booking fee will come off the dress hire. The booking fee will be forfeited if it’s not used at the time of your appointment.
** Appointment times are for 30 mins and you can try in up to 3 dresses.
** No shows or cancellations will not be refunded.
**We are by appointment only. If you do not respond to our email/DM or Text we will not be at your appointment time you booked or it may be given away to someone on our wait list.
** Try ons will be located at Davistown. Due to the nature of a clothing hire business, we cannot guarantee all our dresses will be available at any one time. Please contact us to request a specific dress to try on however we will contact you the day before to confirm availability and send you the address.
** If you do need to cancel your booking for another time you must give us 24 hours notice otherwise you will need to book again online.

The $29 Shipping fee includes return postage. Shipping detais can be found in our shipping page. If you are electing for local pick up, please contact us to arrange the pick up time the day of your hire or the day before. All returns are due back before 12pm on the last day of your hire.

Dry Cleaning fee is already included in your hire fee.
Do not wash or iron your garment - leave that to us. A light steam to remove creases is OK
Fake Tan - ensure this is applied 2 days before and thoroughly washed off before wearing your garment (to avoid extra cleaning fees)
Damaged the dress? Let us know right away by DM or emailSize and fit - we are all different shapes and sizes please ensure you do not force any zips or make alternations of any kind.
Sharing - the dress is yours ONLY and must remain in your possession for the duration of your hire period.
Return - place prepaid return satchel in any YELLOW express post box or post office on the final day of hire. Or drop off to your pick up location by 5pm.
