Please only purchase this insurance after we have contacted you and we accept your dress and you choose to lend your dress on our website. You do not have to purchase this insurance but we encourage you to purchase this insurance as VSH will not be liable to replace your dress if in the unlikely event it is stolen or damaged.
This is a once off non- refundable payment.
No discount can be used with this product. If you do apply a discount code the dress insurance will become void and refunded to you.
If you’re lending multiple dresses you will need to select an option per dress. For example lending 2 dresses and want to opt for Teir 1 insurance, the total price will be $100.
Please choose only one tier per dress.
Tier 1 $50 (VSH will pay you 30% of RRP)
Tier 2 $110 ( VSH will pay you 50% of RRP)
Tier 3 $185 (VSH will pay you 75% of RRP)

The $29 Shipping fee includes return postage. Shipping detais can be found in our shipping page. If you are electing for local pick up, please contact us to arrange the pick up time the day of your hire or the day before. All returns are due back before 12pm on the last day of your hire.

Dry Cleaning fee is already included in your hire fee.
Do not wash or iron your garment - leave that to us. A light steam to remove creases is OK
Fake Tan - ensure this is applied 2 days before and thoroughly washed off before wearing your garment (to avoid extra cleaning fees)
Damaged the dress? Let us know right away by DM or emailSize and fit - we are all different shapes and sizes please ensure you do not force any zips or make alternations of any kind.
Sharing - the dress is yours ONLY and must remain in your possession for the duration of your hire period.
Return - place prepaid return satchel in any YELLOW express post box or post office on the final day of hire. Or drop off to your pick up location by 5pm.
